Orders are dispatched within 24hours of being received (excluding weekends). Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48 which should normally be received within 2-3 working days of dispatch, please allow an extra few days at the busiest times of year.
Larger or higher value orders may be sent by either UPS or DPD.

As most of our pictures contain glass you can rest assured your order will be well packaged in custom packaging designed to protect your pictures. Packaging we use will be 100% recyclable.
For larger orders we may recycle boxes and/or packaging materials (our shop happens to be near a popular sweet shop and so a lot of our larger boxes come from there).
By re-using packaging materials where possible it helps protect the environment and saves you money.
